Full-time Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving business growth? Our dealership is seeking an experienced BDC Manager to oversee our Business Development Center, generate leads, and enhance customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

Manage and lead the BDC team to achieve sales and service goals Develop effective lead generation strategies and follow-up processes Oversee inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online inquiries Work closely with the sales and service departments to ensure seamless communication Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement Train and coach team members to optimize customer interactions Utilize CRM tools to track customer engagement and conversions

Qualifications:

Proven experience in BDC management or automotive sales Strong leadership and coaching skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools Ability to analyze data and drive results Highly organized with a proactive approach
