Office Manager/Customer Service Hogle and Son Heating and Air Gainesville, FL 32606 Hogle and Son Heating and Air is a small family owned business located in Gainesville and serving surrounding areas. The Office Manager will be responsible for being the first point of contact with customers, scheduling appointments, handling invoices and payments, and effectively communicating with customers, suppliers, and Bulding Departments, and maintaining records of all transactions with customers. This is a full-time position and candidate should have at least 2-3 years of office experience. Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating communication between departments. If you have a passion for helping others and possess strong organizational skills, we would love to hear from you. Duties Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text messaging. Schedule appointments for technicians and installers. Collect payment on open invoices. Assist in Social Media content creation. Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for new team members. Oversee schedule management to ensure efficient use of resources. Collaborate with vendors to maintain quality service and product availability. Support team management by fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Skills Proficiency in office management and familiarity with phone systems. Excellent team management skills to encourage collaboration among staff. Knowledge of human resources processes is a plus. Effective schedule management skills to optimize workflow and productivity.
