We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Social Media Manager/Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging content for social media sites. You will also be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include creating engaging content for posting on social media sites, addressing customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience with our brand. The ideal candidate will possess strong creativity and communication skills and a passion for helping others. Duties Create engaging social media content Utilize social media marketing strategies to engage with customers and promote brand awareness. Assist in content creation for marketing materials, including photography and digital marketing efforts. Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on customer feedback and trends. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms. Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively. Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database. Experience Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, including social media marketing and content creation.
