NATIONAL DRUG SCREENING PROVIDES IN-DEPTH TRAINING FOR THIS POSITION

This is an In-Office position.

Summary:

The Account Coordinator will be responsible for all aspects of the account set-up process, beginning with implementation and continuing throughout the NDS/Client relationship. Data entry in multiple software programs is a large portion of this position so being computer savvy is extremely important. This person must be enthusiastic about serving clients and be able to multi-task and have attention to detail.

Essential Functions:

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Data Entry
  • Accurately set up customers in multiple programs.
  • Handling and responding to customer emails in an efficient and accurate manner.
  • Order supplies for customers.
  • Ability to orders tests through our web based portal.
  • Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
  • Maintain knowledge of the Department of Transportation regulations as their pertain to Drug & Alcohol Testing.
  • Maintain and protect the confidentiality of all NDS and client information.
  • Preparing and putting together policy binders and shipping.

Interacts with customers via telephone and email to provide support and information on products, account information or service. Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.

  • Experience working with Customer Relationship Management software (CRM) preferred.
  • Experience working with Cloud Based programs such as Dropbox a plus.

Supervisory Responsibility:

Education/Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years college (Preferred) Business Administration or relevant field
  • Two to four years of experience in an administrative role.
