Job Description

Customer Service & Operations Coordinator (Ecommerce) Decoteak 1270 Lake Washington Road, Melbourne, FL 32935 DecoTeak is a fast-growing ecommerce brand specializing in premium teak bathroom furniture and accessories. We sell through leading online retail channels including Amazon, Wayfair, Home Depot, our own website, and more. Our team values initiative, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving. We’re seeking a self-motivated individual to join our fast-paced office and help manage customer service and operational tasks across our ecommerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional, timely customer service via email, phone, and online messaging platforms. Handle replacements and missing hardware shipments for customers. Confirm shipments and update tracking info across multiple selling platforms. Invoice orders and assist with maintaining accurate sales and fulfillment records. Review, optimize, and update product listings across platforms. Monitor for unauthorized sellers violating our Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy. Assist in creating and scheduling promotions, sales campaigns, and email marketing. Take and edit product photography for use in listings and advertising. Research industry trends, competitive products, and new selling opportunities. Help onboard new online marketplaces or retail platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including fulfillment, marketing, and product development. Identify and troubleshoot listing or inventory issues across sales platforms. Suggest and implement process improvements and contribute to SOP documentation. Stay busy and productive by identifying valuable tasks even when not directly assigned.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Prior experience with ecommerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart, or Shopify (preferred but not required). Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets; able to create and interpret spreadsheets or basic reports. Familiarity with tools like Finale Inventory, ShipStation, or related platforms (a plus). Analytical mindset — able to spot trends in data or customer feedback and provide insights.

Basic tech skills:

able to learn and navigate multiple systems confidently. Photography and basic photo editing knowledge (bonus). A self-starting attitude — someone who takes initiative and thrives without constant supervision.

Work Environment & Schedule:

Full-time position Monday-Friday, 7:00AM – 3:30
