Position Overview:

The Electrical Service Manager (Commercial) will oversee and manage all aspects of electrical service operations for commercial clients , ensuring high-quality and timely electrical services. This role involves managing a team of electricians, coordinating with clients, ensuring safety standards are met, and contributing to business growth through efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the electrical service department for commercial projects, ensuring all services are completed on time and within budget. Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of electricians, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of workmanship and safety. Coordinate with clients to assess service needs, provide accurate estimates, and ensure customer satisfaction. Review and approve work orders, schedules, and job estimates, ensuring they align with client expectations and budget constraints. Collaborate with project managers and other departments to ensure seamless integration of service work within larger projects. Prepare and review reports on service operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure that all service issues are promptly addressed and resolved.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical services, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role. Strong experience in commercial electrical services and operations management. In-depth knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety protocols. Proficient in scheduling, budgeting, and managing service operations. OSHA 30-hour certification is preferred. Electrical certifications (Journeyman or Master Electrician) are a plus. High school diploma or equivalent; Electrical apprenticeship or trade school education is preferred.
