We specialize in Roofing, Waterproofing, and General Contracting services — and pride ourselves on delivering high-quality solutions. Our Service Division provides services for our clients that include emergency leak repairs, pro-active roofing and waterproofing maintenance, pre-storm preparation, post storm emergency response and complete roof renovations. We’re currently seeking to hire a Commercial Roofing Service Manager to lead and continue growing our Service Department. If you’re a proven leader with hands-on roofing experience, strong organizational and leadership skills, and a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and has the ability to communicate effectively with clients and employees. The successful candidate shall also be capable of managing their time with little direction while maintaining focus on the Companies top business priorities.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the go-to advisor for our clients, managing relationships while delivering sound solutions.
• Lead and support our service teams inclusive of hiring, training, and ensuring top-tier performance.
• Oversee daily operations: from work order scheduling and field execution to final invoicing.
• Perform periodic on-site inspections and quality control checks.
• Manage the performance of service technicians, coordinators, and superintendents.
• Ensure safety, efficiency, and profitability across all service operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• A self-starter who is driven, sales-oriented, and is able to foster professional relationships with peers, customers, and employees.
• 5+ years of commercial roofing experience (hands-on field experience is a plus)
• A proven track record of successfully managing a service division
• Experience managing teams and projects in a service-focused environment
• A proactive, organized, and client-focused mindset
• Strong communication, leadership, and time management skills
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record (required)
• Clear Background Check with ability to work in Federal and State facilities

Schedule:

Full time position on-site w/ occasional site visits. Monday to Friday with after hour and weekends as required during Hurricane Season and other Emergency type events.
