We’re growing fast—and we’re hiring a Customer Service Representative to support our operations from our Plantation headquarters.
What You’ll Do:
Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries Handle scheduling, service requests, and follow-ups with professionalism and urgency Collaborate with sales, operations, and field teams to ensure customer satisfaction Manage CRM updates, document interactions, and help maintain accurate customer records Resolve customer issues quickly, empathetically, and efficiently Provide top-tier service that aligns with Action Roofing’s commitment to quality and reliability
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (roofing or construction industry a plus) Strong verbal and written communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM software (e.g., JobNimbus, Salesforce, or similar) Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus Positive, team-first attitude with a proactive mindset
