Job Summary The Customer Experience Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, order processing, customer communications, and CRM maintenance. This role ensures a seamless customer journey by coordinating with operations and maintaining accurate documentation across all sales touchpoints. Key Responsibilities Manage incoming sales leads from CRM entry through to sale completion and implementation, ensuring seamless customer experience. Track lead progress, coordinate with sales and operations, and reassign or re-funnel leads that do not progress to conversion. Prepare quotes, proposals, and order forms based on customer requests. Process sales orders and monitor fulfillment through to delivery. Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) with accurate customer data. Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, and operations to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery. Assist with outbound sales initiatives, including call lists and follow-up communications. Generate sales reports and track customer engagement and repeat business opportunities. Collaborate with the support team as needed for client support.

Requirements:

Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales support. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); CRM experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Work Environment & Schedule Full-time, in-office role

Monday-Friday Hours:
