We are a very busy bowling center with 64-lanes, an arcade, skills center, and a sports bar and grill. If you want to work in a fun environment, this job is for you! Responsibilities include but are not limited to – Maintain a professional, kind, friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable demeanor towards all guests and employees. Continuously train employees on new and existing policies, products, and procedures. Ensure all opening and closing checklists are completed according to our policy. Handle register transactions including returns and voided items. Maintain the stock of all the proper supplies and currency needed for each shift. Monitors staffing levels to ensure the efficient use of labor. Handles guest complaints and issues in a timely, professional manner Make sure the areas are kept clean and safe for guests and employees. Provides input, suggestions, and solutions to the Core Staff so the center can achieve goals. Works with other departments to coordinate efforts to provide the highest standard in service. Qualifications – One year related experience Working knowledge of the internet and Microsoft Office Ability to read and interpret documents and write routine reports Be able to speak effectively with our guests and employees Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds Fundamental Requirements – Ability to take directions and work in a team environment Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure Must have problem-solving abilities, be self-motivated, and organized Strong commitment to quality service is a must Be able to work during days, nights, weekends, and holidays Candidates must have reliable transportation and be able to pass a background check.
