We specialize in delivering high-quality benefit products and advisory tools to individuals, families, and businesses across the U.S. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a team-oriented individual who excels at nurturing and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Position Overview:

As a Customer Service Relationship Manager, you will be the ongoing point of contact for many of our valued clients. You’ll play a critical role in managing relationships, addressing inquiries, and providing expert support through phone and virtual meetings. Your ability to communicate clearly, empathetically, and efficiently will help ensure our clients continue to receive the exceptional service they’ve come to expect from Green Team Capital. This role is critical to the ongoing growth of our teams and will work directly with the new business division after onboarding. We love team players that look to grow withing a company.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a dedicated point of contact for existing clients Respond to inquiries and resolve client issues via phone and virtual meetings Support clients with navigating benefit and advisory solutions Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-ups Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience Assist in client retention efforts by proactively engaging with clients

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Highly organized, self-motivated, and dependable Comfortable with virtual communication platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet) Must be authorized to work in the United States Prior customer service or client relationship experience is a plus Knowledge of benefits or financial products is preferred but not required
