Medicare Customer Service Manager 3.0 3.0 out of 5 stars Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medicare Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional service. This role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and a positive environment for both customers and staff. The Customer Service Manager will oversee daily operations, develop strategies to enhance service quality, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Responsibilities Lead, train, and supervise the Medicare customer service team Oversee daily operations to ensure timely and accurate responses to Medicare inquiries Ensure compliance with CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) regulations Resolve escalated member issues with professionalism and care Monitor team performance and implement strategies for service improvement Work closely with licensed Medicare agents and sales teams to ensure seamless client experiences Keep the team updated on Medicare plan changes, enrollment periods, and regulatory updates Use CRM systems to track client interactions and ensure follow-ups are completed Conduct regular quality assurance reviews and team coaching sessions Experience 3+ years of customer service leadership experience in the insurance industry 2+ years of Medicare-specific experience required Strong knowledge of Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans Working knowledge of CMS guidelines and compliance procedures Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Ability to lead a team with empathy and accountability Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite Licensed Life & Health Insurance Agent (Medicare) strongly preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Join us in creating an outstanding experience for our customers while leading a dynamic team!
