Customer Service Representative Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable, upbeat, and professional Accounts Manager / Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is based in a combined office and warehouse setting on the north side of town and requires someone who is organized, customer-focused, and experienced in client management and logistics coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing outstanding customer service.
- Manage customer accounts and ensure accurate, up-to-date records.
- Coordinate logistics, shipping, and delivery schedules.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order processing and fulfillment.
- Answer phone calls and emails professionally and promptly.
- Resolve client issues with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
- Prepare invoices, reports, and general administrative documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, account management, or logistics.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Comfortable working in a mixed office/warehouse environment.
- Must have reliable transportation to commute to the north side location.
- Proficient with computers (email, Microsoft Office, etc.
).
