Full Job Description Objective:

Senior Helpers is looking for a self motivated individual to join our team. Someone who has experience in the Home Health Care field is preferred. This individual will be coordinating the care team for clients. Managing and directing to help provide exemptional care in assisting the clients remain safely at home.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage caregivers to meet clients scheduling and care needs
• Maintain all scheduling of caregivers. Respond to situations where scheduling conflicts arise.
• Become familiar with client care needs
• Document caregiver and client activities in Wellsky system
• Provide customer support and handle inquiries or issues from clients
• Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Experience in Home Health Care preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
