Full Job Description The Opportunity:
This position serves as the primary service contact for personal insurance clients for an assigned book of business. This includes responsibility for providing service levels that produce a positive experience for clients resulting in client retention and growth while building long term relationships with our clients and vendor partners.
In This Role You Will Execute On:
Serve as the primary service contact to clients for assigned book of business. This includes oversight of all client service needs and ensuring support team engagement including responsiveness, deadlines and escalation needs. Serve as a subject matter expert and advisor on all client service matters acting as a mentor and coach to less experienced service team members. Manage client renewal process for assigned clients ensuring all renewal activities are completed on time meeting client needs. In collaboration with sales staff, direct onboarding of new clients ensuring client files and agency management system information is thorough and accurate. Perform other duties and special projects as requested.
In This Role You Will Need:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred Five (5) or more years of personal lines insurance experience CISR, INS or ACSR or equivalent designation. CIC, CPCU, ARM or CRM Designation encouraged. Valid Property & Casualty License Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Proven demonstration of analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including listening, speaking and writing Ability to work well in a team environment.
