If you’re organized, friendly, and enjoy being the go-to person in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you. In this position, you’ll handle a variety of responsibilities ranging from coordinating service calls and managing administrative tasks to assisting with HR and accounting functions. You will play a key role in supporting both our customers and team members to keep operations running smoothly.

This role includes participation in a mandatory on-call rotation program.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and manage incoming service, maintenance, and warranty calls Schedule and assign service tickets to technicians based on geography and availability Coordinate access to job sites and ensure documentation is accurate and complete Support material and equipment orders as needed Maintain accurate customer and consultant records in CRM system Assist with credit adjustments, collections, and general billing support Process departmental timesheets and coordinate with payroll Assist HR with new hire onboarding, orientation, and administrative tasks Support general office functions including ordering supplies and filing Participate in the mandatory on-call rotation for after-hours service requests Adhere to all company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures

Requirements:

High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred At least 5 years of experience in a customer service or administrative support role Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Must be at least 18 years old Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check General Commitment for
