Role OverviewThe General Manager (GM) plays apivotal role within our organization, serving as both the culturecarrier and the face of window cleaning in our community. The GM isresponsible for a wide range of duties, including team leadershipand management, client communication, sales, job scheduling, andensuring the highest standards of service quality and customersatisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Leadership and Culture:
Champion company culture, ensuringquality service and an exceptional customer experience.
Sales:
Convert leads into customers, and drive revenue growththrough strategic client interactions.
Team Management:
Lead recruitment, hiring, and laborscheduling, fostering a high-performing team through coaching,feedback, and development.
Client Communication:
Manage all client communications throughphone, email, and text, ensuring quick, professional, and effectiveresponses.
Customer Relationships:
Build and nurture lasting relationshipswith homeowners, restaurant managers, and local businessowners.
Quoting and Inspections:
Provide accurate quotes and conductproperty inspections with potential clients to assess serviceneeds.
Scheduling and Routing:
Oversee job scheduling, ensuringefficient routing and timely service delivery for all clients.
Quality Assurance:
Follow up with clients post-service toensure satisfaction, resolve concerns, and maintain serviceexcellence.
Brand Representation:
Carry merchandise kits (towels, hats,socks, shoe booties, thank you cards) for touch-ups, gifts, andprofessional presentation.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage inventory, ensuringthat necessary supplies (soap, towels, equipment) are fully stockedand organized.
Safety Compliance:
Ensure adherence to all safety protocols andcompliance standards in field operations.
Skills and Qualifications Sales and Leadership:
Proven experience in sales andleadership, demonstrating the ability to drive performance andmanage a team.
Customer Service:
Strong commitment to exceptional customerservice and responsiveness.
Communication:
