About the
Role:
As the first point of contact for our valued customers, you will be the voice of Stream2Sea across multiple platforms — from phone and email to social media and live website chat. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring every customer interaction is positive, helpful, and aligned with our eco-conscious mission.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the front-line communicator via phone, website chat, social media messages, and email. Provide exceptional customer service by answering product inquiries, resolving issues, and sharing our mission with enthusiasm. Manage and monitor social media DMs and comments to ensure timely, friendly responses. Assist with general office administration tasks , order processing, and communication flow. Collaborate with our marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Contribute creative ideas to customer engagement strategies and promotions.
Ideal Candidate Traits:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to empathize, inform, and engage. Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and navigating customer service tools and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.). Highly organized, dependable , and detail-oriented. Passionate about environmental protection and excited by our mission to protect what you love . Energetic, creative , and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
Qualifications:
1+ years experience in a customer service, office support, or communication-focused role preferred. Experience handling messaging and inquiries across multiple platforms (email, phone, social, chat). Familiarity with CRM or helpdesk platforms is a plus. Must be able to work onsite in Bowling Green, FL . Why Work With Us?
