Position Overview:

Do you want to serve the community of Highlands County with your unique skill set in a growing financial firm? J. Biance Financial is looking for a highly motivated, exceptionally organized person to support our local Wealth Management team in the service of our existing clients. This position exists to help maintain strong client relationships, focusing on account maintenance and supporting the firm’s client satisfaction and revenue goals. As the primary point of contact for local families, this role addresses client needs and focuses on resolving account issues with kindness and a high degree of precision. Qualified candidates will be detail-oriented, friendly, and have a high degree of personal and professional organizational skills. A minimum of 2 years experience in an insurance or financial firm is required. In-person training will be provided, but experience with investment accounts and insurance products is necessary.

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide meeting and account support to the lead Advisor Learn and utilize Client Relationship Management software ( RedTail ) Lead the resolution of Client service requests regarding in-force accounts Track and maintain Client account anniversaries and deadlines Engage with numerous carriers for Client account maintenance Maintain excellent Client relationships via in-person, phone, and email communication Coordinate with a centralized Processing Department regarding new accounts and service requests Lead weekly meetings for the local Wealth Management team, providing in-process updates Organize and execute the local annual Client Appreciation Event with the assistance of other local team members

Qualifications :

Must be technologically savvy and have the ability to learn and use multiple software programs Experience in financial services and/or insurance agencies is required High school Diploma ( or equivalent ); College/University degree preferred Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills Ability to work well with others and receive feedback

Schedule:
Monday:

8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Tuesday –

Thursday:

8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday – 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Annual travel for training and education ( paid for by the company )
