Manager of Account Services Key Responsibilities:

Serve the sales department by overseeing seminar campaign enrollments from inception to completion. Prepare work for further processing by gathering, sorting, organizing, and recording data, information, and documents. Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to offer accurate information and solutions to clients. Respond promptly to client inquiries, ensuring concerns are addressed effectively and efficiently. Manage the enrollment package for Data drive platform from start to finish. Proof artwork for accuracy based on enrollment paperwork prior to approval for printing. Purchase and analyze data for seminar campaigns and the data driven platform. Oversee and maintain the registration website for all active seminars. Act as the primary liaison between the Sales department and internal department leads. Request invoices from the accounting department and manage client payments. Maintain regular communication with existing accounts to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Uphold quality service by monitoring standards and alerting the supervisor of potential issues. Update the production schedule daily with new incoming seminar jobs.

Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer success or client account management. Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain excellent time management. Proficiency in multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Proven problem-solving abilities. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and its suite of products. Familiarity with the Google suite of products. Experience in email marketing is a plus. Knowledge of marketing and direct mail is advantageous.
