Position Overview:

As a Client Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they receive maximum value from our services. This position requires a deep understanding of health insurance products and a strong commitment to client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in health insurance sales or advisory role is strongly preferred In-depth knowledge of various health insurance plans, policies, and regulations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to explain complex insurance concepts in a clear and concise manner Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Proficient in using computer systems and software for client management and data analysis

Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:

Serve as the main liaison for clients, understanding their needs and proactively addressing any concerns.

Renewal and Retention:

Work closely with clients during renewal periods to assess their changing needs and recommend appropriate solutions to enhance retention.

Issue Resolution:

Act as an advocate for clients by managing and resolving any issues that arise, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

Client Engagement:

Organize and lead regular check-ins and feedback sessions to gather insights and strengthen relationships.

Collaboration:
