Coordinator:

On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a Coordinator for a permanent role. This position is a remote position based out of our client’s Tampa, Florida office.
Coordinator

  • Job Description:

    The Coordinator role focuses on internal permanent hiring for the ICG group, working remotely to facilitate the interviewing and hiring process. This position involves collaborating with select suppliers and coordinating with multiple teams to ensure efficient recruitment and onboarding processes.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Possess an expert-level understanding of Contractor’s Management business rules, processes, and guidelines, and ensure compliance across all tasks and interactions
  • Support a positive experience for Client and Consultant Stakeholders as a first point of contact for typical interactions, including user coaching, problem resolution, billing/payment oversight, and issues management for Clients such as interview scheduling and onboarding
  • Coordinate coverage and follow-up with the recruitment team
  • Track Vendor Management System updates on the status of jobs, updating the status of jobs to the recruitment team and on management tool for team tracking, providing candidate feedback from hiring manager to Suppliers
  • Coordinate interviews with Hiring Manager/Client Partners/Suppliers/recruiting department
  • Handle additional projects as required (e.g., coordination of hiring events)

  • Mandatory Skills:
  • Minimum 3 years of previous experience in a customer service or sales support role
  • Demonstrated capability to learn and fully manage medium to high complexity administrative tasks independently
  • Ability to handle pressure calmly and deal with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong commitment to excellent customer service
  • Ability to prioritize workflow and meet deadlines
  • Ability to handle confidential and proprietary information
