Position Summary:

As a Customer Relations Administrator, you will provide direct support to Suzuki retail customers and dealers, addressing and resolving concerns in a way that benefits all stakeholders. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will collaborate with various internal and external teams to research, analyze, and complete time-sensitive tasks and projects, ensuring all responsibilities are handled efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries via email and phone. Listen attentively to customer concerns, resolve issues when possible, and escalate when necessary. Provide prompt, clear, and professional responses to customer concerns. Accurately record and update customer information in a systematic and efficient manner. Maintain organized records of all customer interactions. Collaborate with department supervisors to identify solutions and resolve complex issues. Focus on providing solutions rather than excuses to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

Strong grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills. High school diploma or equivalent. Understanding of customer service principles, ethics, and best practices. Basic computer proficiency (ability to navigate systems, type 30+ words per minute, and multitask across tabs). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and thorough documentation. Ability to tailor interactions for a personalized and exceptional customer experience. Self-motivated, confident, and solutions-oriented. Friendly, adaptable, and professional demeanor at all times. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to remain positive under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:
