Position Overview:
As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the trusted partner for our clients — guiding them post-sale, ensuring satisfaction, and uncovering new ways to add value through upselling and cross-selling. This is a hybrid role blending customer success with consultative sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Build strong, trusted relationships with clients to drive product adoption and satisfaction Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs Serve as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for client needs and feedback Conduct regular account check-ins, QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), and strategy sessions Achieve customer retention and revenue growth targets Collaborate with the sales, product, and support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience Maintain accurate account updates, activities, and opportunities in CRM systems
Qualifications:
Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a hybrid Sales/CSM role preferred. Proven track record of upselling, cross-selling, or expansion sales Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Strong organizational and project management abilities Passionate about delivering value and building strong client relationships Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent experience is great too
