Work You’ll Do
Given the large opportunities in the GPS SAP service offering, we are seeking leaders to lead and deliver these opportunities. We are seeking a leader who has experiences and expertise in SAP S4/HANA, Public Sector Solution, and Deloitte Methodology. Responsibilities to
Include:
Work with the our clients and exciting SAP transformations in GPS
Provide consulting, technical and professional services to GPS clients Access comprehensive tools and frameworks supported by our global organization – including methodology, knowledge databases, expert networks and benchmarks Leadership role in account management and client delivery Provide stewardship towards our clients and drive business value Act as a fully integrated member of the Cloud Delivery Management Team
Lead and manage project and programs through to completion
Act as a role model by setting the example with the project management community in the field
Agile Scrum Master or Agile experience of project deliver
Act as a Program Manager for a Systems Integrator in large scale, high risk, or strategic projects/program
Lead cross functional teams within a formalized methodology.
Manage issues, scope and quality while bring projects to successful completion within the cost and time requirements.

Required:
Bachelor’s degree required
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
10+ years of experience leading and supporting SAP-driven consulting work in a professional services setting including experience in Cloud delivery
Ability to travel 5-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
10+ years of large scale ERP implementation and support experience in a government consulting setting, preferably with SAP
Preferred:
Willingness to work in a virtual and onsite team
Capacity to lead and manage project and programs through to completion
Strong negotiation skills and ability to effectively liaise with clients and partners at management and board level
Agile Scrum Master or Agile experience of project delivery
Experience as acting as a Program Manager for a Systems Integrator with project management experience in large scale, high risk, or strategic projects/program
Demonstrated experience leading cross functional teams within a formalized methodology.
Demonstrated experience in managing issues, scope and quality while bring projects to successful completion within the cost and time requirements.
