Customer Success – Coordinator or Coach Volie Fort Myers, FL • Remote About Volie At Volie, the leader in BDC software for the automotive industry, we’re transforming how dealerships communicate with their customers. We’re growing our Customer Success team and are looking to hire either a Customer Success Coordinator or a Customer Success Coach, depending on your background, skills, and experience. Both roles are essential to helping our customers onboard successfully, adopt our platform, and drive real business results. What You’ll Do Depending on your role and experience, responsibilities may include: Onboarding & Customer Enablement Lead or assist with onboarding new customers, guiding them through account setup, product training, and early adoption. Deliver clear and customized education to ensure confidence using the Volie platform. Support a smooth and timely launch by proactively addressing challenges or questions. Ongoing Support & Customer Engagement Act as a trusted point of contact for customer questions, troubleshooting, and guidance. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quick issue resolution and long-term client satisfaction. Document insights and help improve our internal knowledge base and training content. Coaching & Strategic Partnership Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with key stakeholders. Analyze customer data and usage trends to offer actionable recommendations. Share BDC best practices and tailor strategic guidance to each client’s goals. Identify opportunities to deepen platform adoption or expand the customer relationship. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience in customer onboarding, account management, coaching, or support. Experience in the automotive BDC industry is a strong plus. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A passion for helping customers succeed, whether that’s through training, support, or strategic insight. Comfort with tools similar to Asana, HubSpot, or other CRMs and project trackers. Analytical thinking and a proactive approach to customer success.
