Role:

As a Residential Service Coordinator , you’ll be the heartbeat of our service team—responsible for connecting customers with our expert plumbing technicians, managing scheduling logistics, and ensuring every interaction reflects the professionalism and care Aztec is known for. Your role is pivotal to delivering timely, reliable, and top-tier service to homeowners across Southwest Florida.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Communication:

Serve as the first point of contact for customers Schedule service appointments and follow up on service status Provide clear, friendly, and professional communication

Service Coordination & Scheduling:

Assign technicians to service calls based on skillset and availability Manage daily dispatch boards to optimize routes and response times Adjust schedules as needed for emergencies or changes

Administrative Accuracy:

Maintain detailed records of service calls, work orders, and customer notes Update customer profiles and technician logs in the service system

Customer Satisfaction & Problem Solving:

Address customer concerns promptly and professionally Resolve issues with a focus on empathy and long-term relationships

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent communication skills
