Admistrative Assistant Edgewater Pool Service Tallahassee, FL 32303 Dive into a new opportunity! We’re a growing swimming pool company known for top-notch service, stunning pool service, and a fun, team-oriented culture. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized Administrative Assistant to keep our operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You’ll Do:
Handle daily office tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing schedules Coordinate appointments and communicate with customers, vendors, and staff Maintain and organize records, invoices, and contracts Assist with ordering supplies and managing inventory Support the management team with special projects and customer service
