Job Description

Our Employee-Owned, Low Voltage Systems Division is seeking an experienced Low Voltage Department Manager in Northwest Florida. This is a

FULL-TIME

position, and we are seeking professionals who will play a critical role in driving maximum value within our accounts, taking full ownership of client retention and account development. Upon joining MetroPower/ESS, the Low Voltage Department Manager will adopt key stakeholder relationships with a portfolio of customers and be responsible for identifying upsell opportunities, managing projects, ensuring goals are met, and provide first class customer satisfaction. Always perform business in accordance with PPC and MetroPower, Inc. mission and vision statements.

What you will do:

Support the development and execution of customer strategies that align with defined key business metrics, including client retention, revenue growth, cost savings, and profitability Become a trusted advisor within your portfolio of customers by deeply understanding their business and aligning their needs to our solutions Develop and grow key customer relationships at multiple levels of the organization to open channels of communication and promote business growth Project management and problem solving to drive outcomes for customers Ongoing in-service educations with clients on our products and services Support strategic customer meetings to communicate best practices, business results, and successes Ability to support new software product installations or new program implementations at a customer site Attend vendor shows, charity events, and other key events Responsible providing sales reports and monthly customer billing Procuring materials for awarded projects Using estimating software to provide accurate pricing for customer’s solutions Scheduling direct reports to accomplish project completion that aligns with customer expectations
