Role:
We are seeking a proactive, calm-under-pressure, and highly organized Customer Service Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the front line of communication with our customers, helping manage high call volume, route requests efficiently, and ensure a smooth customer experience from initial contact through to service delivery. The ideal candidate is confident handling a variety of customer personalities, communicates clearly with internal teams, and enjoys bringing structure and process to a fast-moving work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer a high volume of incoming customer calls with professionalism and courtesy. Triage and direct calls to the appropriate internal departments (repairs, service, construction, etc.). Handle customer questions or concerns; resolve or escalate as appropriate to team leads or management. Enter new estimate requests into the system based on phone calls and submissions from department leads. Act as a liaison between team leads and customers, assisting with updates, status checks, and follow-up communication. Maintain accurate, organized records of customer communication and service requests. Identify opportunities to improve communication flow and customer service processes, and work with the team to implement solutions. Participate in the development of SOPs for customer relationship management. Support the broader team with additional administrative or operational tasks as needed — we’re a team that helps each other where it counts.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a customer service or call center role (preferably in a service-based industry). Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven ability to remain calm, focused, and professional in a fast-paced, sometimes chaotic environment. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through. Comfortable learning and using service scheduling or CRM software. Ability to manage multiple priorities and wear multiple hats with a positive attitude. Experience in a construction, service, or trades business (like HVAC, landscaping, or pools) is a plus. Why Join Us?
