Our premium fiberglass boat manufacturing client is looking for a hands-on Customer Relations Supervisor to lead a team of 5-7 associates focused on warranty administration, service parts, and technical support for dealers and customers. This role is key to ensuring high-quality customer and dealer service, protecting our brand reputation, and driving continuous improvement across our operations. Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the customer service and warranty team, including in-house and mobile technicians Oversee warranty claims, service parts, and dealer support Manage Ships Store inventory and service parts order processing Collect and analyze service data to support product improvements Support

NMMA CSI

program and dealer training Act as department lead when Director is unavailable

Qualifications:
