Job Description

Account Coordinator Five Hundred Degrees Studio Miami, FL 33127 • Hybrid work 500° is looking to add an Account Coordinator to our Account Services team. The Account Coordinator is crucial in supporting the client-facing account services team. This is a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment where you will assist with client communication, coordinating project tasks, and contributing to the overall success of client accounts.

Responsibilities:

Day-to-day support of Account Services team; Assist account team members and directors in managing client relationships by responding to client inquiries, requests, and providing updates on project status Coordinate and track the progress of projects, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards Completing administrative tasks within defined timelines; such as: Creating and updating change orders Routing artwork/creative assets Documenting client calls Updating status Entering estimates Address any issues or challenges that arise during campaign execution, escalating them to the appropriate parties when necessary Facilitate communication between various internal departments and external clients to ensure effective collaboration and seamless project execution Tavel up to 15-20% of the year, as needed, to client locations, industry events, or other relevant destinations

What You’ll Need:

Associate or bachelor’s Degree with focus in communications, marketing or related field and/or 0-2 years relevant work experience Must be fluent in MS Office Suite Strong Verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to function in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Must be self-motivated and have strong, effective problem-solving skills Prior agency experience is a plus Keynote fluency is an added bonus 500° is an equal opportunity employer and fully supports and maintains compliance with all state, federal, and local regulations.
