Role:

You’ll be the heartbeat of the salon, ensuring everything runs smoothly from open to close. Your mission? Keep the vibes high, the schedule flowing, and the team supported—while delivering an unforgettable experience for every guest that walks through our doors.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Keeping the salon sparkling, stocked, and running like a well-oiled (and fabulously scented) machine Delivering an elevated client experience—think: greeting guests, offering beverages, managing food deliveries, and making sure every visit feels like a little luxury Managing product inventory and placing timely orders for color, bleach, and all the back-bar must-haves Handling essential supplies like cleaning goods, paper products, and that all-important coconut milk for the fridge Supporting the front desk with appointment scheduling, rebooking, and smooth checkouts Coordinating stylist schedules like a backstage manager at Fashion Week Staying ahead of the chaos by problem-solving in real time and keeping everything on track Ordering hair extensions through our in-house brand, Orah Hair Updating service tickets in Vagaro to reflect add-ons and product sales Communicating with product vendors, booking software reps, and external partners Navigating client relations with grace, professionalism, and a firm-but-kind handle on salon policies
