Uni K Wax Miami Lakes We are a professional Waxing Studio that specializes in providing an ouchless waxing experience using our exclusive All Natural ELASTIK® Wax. We are looking for personable outgoing professionals who can help our customers look their best. The Customer Experience Coordinator (CEC) is dedicated to each customer’s experience by making them feel appreciated and valued whether they call or enter the Studio. They are customer advocates whose purpose is to exceed customer expectations and make each waxing experience seamless and to their liking.

Minimum Qualifications:
Receptionist, salon/spa experience, retail and computer skills preferred. Fluent in English (Required) Fluent in Spanish (Preferred) CEC Responsibilities Perform daily Studio opening/closing procedures and transacting sales Manage the Studio’s appointment book optimally including confirming appointments Answer the phone/messages following Uni K Wax guidelines and booking appointments Educate and offer skin care products as well as company loyalty programs Performs maintenance tasks and merchandises retail products Communicate constantly with co-workers to ensure customer needs are met Evaluate customer experience and addresses concerns as needed Uni K Wax Studios are dedicated to providing customers with a superior waxing experience at affordable prices without compromising service.
