The Role:

Customer Service Representative Join our Miami contact center as a Customer Service Coordinator , where you’ll help clients book the right interpreters and provide support throughout the service. You’ll work alongside team managers, analysts, and support staff in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities include:

Matching clients with qualified interpreters Providing real-time updates and customer support Managing interpreter bookings and escalating complex issues Using our proprietary WordSynk platform to deliver smooth service Communicating with our operations team to ensure efficiency What You Bring Strong verbal communication and listening skills Contact center or customer service experience (required) Experience in the language services field (preferred, not required) A proactive approach and ability to work both independently and with a team Confidence using technology and multitasking across platforms
