Position Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service / Project Coordinator with experience in the construction industry , preferably with knowledge of stone fabrication and installation. This role will manage client communication, project coordination, and basic accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as liaison between clients, sales team, and production teams Manage project timelines and schedules Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, and installers Maintain accurate records and documentation for each project Prepare and send invoices using QuickBooks Monitor and follow up on accounts receivable (A/R) Perform general office and customer service duties as required
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in construction project coordination or customer service Knowledge of marble, granite, and stone fabrication preferred Proficiency in QuickBooks (invoicing and A/R follow-up) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in project management software is a plus
