Full Job Description Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, client-focused Customer Success Manager to join our growing team at HireHealth. As the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients receive outstanding value from our HR, payroll, benefits, compliance, and risk management services. Your mission is to enhance the client experience, ensure retention, and drive growth by building strong relationships, identifying opportunities for improvement, and acting as a trusted advisor. Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end client lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, and renewal. Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of small to mid-size business clients. Collaborate cross-functionally with Payroll, Benefits, HR, Compliance, and Risk teams to deliver comprehensive client support. Proactively manage account health, anticipate client needs, and resolve service issues or escalations. Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to showcase value, gather feedback, and align on future goals. Drive product and service adoption by educating clients on available features and offerings. Partner with Sales and Product teams to identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities. Ensure high client satisfaction (CSAT), retention, and Net Promoter Score (NPS). Maintain accurate client records and updates using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
QualificationsRequired:
3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a PEO, SaaS HR, or B2B services environment. Strong understanding of PEO services including HR operations, payroll, employee benefits, and compliance. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously. Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field. Experience with
HRIS/PEO
platforms (e.g., PrismHR, ADP, Paychex). Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance across multiple states.
