The Brand works closely with renowned Designers, Architects and Fashion houses such as Ora Ito, Marcel Wanders, Sacha Lakic, Jean Paul Gaultier, Kenzo Takada and Missoni Home. Roche Bobois offers one of the largest collections of products in the high-end furniture market always using the best of new technologies & materials coupled with fine craftsmanship from small European workshops. You will have the opportunity to grow within our company, discover our industry and be an active member of our friendly and dynamic Dispatch team. You will oversee the follow up of our daily delivery operations: Contact customers to schedule delivery and arrange needed documentation Create delivery routes for teams Follow up of deliveries of past days (receiving Delivery notes, inserting information in excel, sending reminders for missing POD’s) Review delivery reports & client follow up Managing extractions from system and import to excel Contact subcontractors (check invoices, check signed delivery receipt) Support dispatch team in various administrative tasks Your main qualifications are: Advanced Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc) Strong customer service background Ability to manage a high level of email communication Strong organizational skills Time management skills

Required Experience:

Associate / Bachelor’s Degree Dispatcher (preferably experienced): min 1 year

Customer Service:

min 2 years Experience in furniture logistics a plus
