This role is essential in providing operational and administrative support to ensure the success and consistency of our franchise offices. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong communication with franchise owners and internal departments. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for franchisees regarding day-to-day operations and support needs. Assist in onboarding new franchise partners, ensuring all training, documentation, and compliance requirements are met. Provide consistent and timely communication to franchise owners about company updates, promotions, policy changes, and best practices. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, HR, IT, etc.) to deliver resources and resolve franchisee inquiries effectively. Monitor and report on franchise performance metrics; help identify areas for improvement. Maintain up-to-date records of franchise activities and ensure compliance with Univista Insurance standards and procedures. Support the planning and execution of franchise events, meetings, and training sessions. Identify and escalate operational issues or franchisee concerns to the appropriate departments for resolution. Assist with quality control and brand consistency across all franchise locations. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in franchise support, customer service, or administrative coordination (insurance industry experience is a plus). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Bilingual (English/Spanish)
