The Retail Client Advisor – Full Time position provides the ultimate customer service experience both in store and through client outreach. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Welcome and accompany clientele during their shopping experience in store, provide style advice and propose alternatives. Facilitate the brand’s high standards of customer service and communicate the brand’s aesthetic. Apply and maintain the brand’s policies and procedures. Achieve and/ or exceed monthly sales goals. Maintain existing and create new, strong clientele relationships. Perform client outreach. Maintain visual merchandising as per guidelines. Operational responsibilities including the receiving of merchandise. Participate as part of a team in store maintenance (both sales floor and BOH). Lead by example.

Requirements include:

3-5 years’ experience in luxury retail, footwear and accessories preferred. Extensive customer service skills. Sales and customer service orientated and highly motivated. Fashion savvy with impeccable presentation and a good personality. Be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Working knowledge of Retail POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work in a team environment and assist others. Ability to stand/stoop/bend/walk 8-10 hours during shift. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds periodically.
