The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to analyze information effectively. As a Customer Service Manager you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. Duties Supervise the booth attendants responsible for controlling entry and exits lanes. Schedule shifts and ensure adequate coverage during peak times. Provide training and support to booth attendants to maintain high levels of customer service and operational efficiency. Monitor security protocols at the entry/exits lanes to ensure the safety of the property. Optimize traffic flow, minimizing wait times and congestion during busy periods. Perform data entry tasks accurately while maintaining organized records of customer interactions. Sales and payment collection, oversee the sale of materials produced by the facility, ensuring accurate pricing and payment collection. Maintain clear and effective communication with all team members Collaborate with team members to improve client services and streamline processes. Utilize computer systems to document interactions and track customer requests efficiently. Maintain knowledge of company products, services to provide accurate information to customers. Coordinate with the management team to address any issues to the property’s infrastructure. Regularly inspect the property to ensure cleanliness, safety and operational efficiency. Monitor security protocols at the entry/exits lanes to ensure the safety of the property Experience Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with clients. Multilingual abilities are a plus, as they can enhance communication with diverse customers. Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office software applications is required.
