THE INS AND OUTS OF THIS ROLE
Schedule:
This position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, between 7 AM and 5 PM, with flexibility within these hours.
Day-to-Day:
As our Field Service Manager, you’ll play a critical role in our service operations. With support from the CSR, You’ll schedule and dispatch technicians for service calls, ensuring prompt response and high-quality repairs. Your leadership will drive our team to excel, providing training and support to technicians in the field. Managing invoicing and ensuring exceptional customer service will be key aspects of your day-to-day responsibilities. Hard Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a forklift mechanic 2+ year of experience in field service Leadership & Management Experience Great people skills and a customer-comes-first attitude Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Strong time-management skills Commitment to get the job DONE.
