You’ll be using and honing your skills to help our customers build their tribes through custom merchandise creation and fulfillment at Threadbird, which was named multiple times one of the 5000 fastest-growing companies in the country by INC. What You’ll Do:
The Fulfillment Manager is the essential bridge between our clients and our warehouse operation, bringing together all sides and facets of e-commerce to build and grow our clients’ stores
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Store Management:
Collaborate with clients on store setup, product maintenance (including additions and deletions), Maintenance of stock utilizing the Warehouse Management System, and external CSV files.
Product Flow:
Manage the process of product delivery and receiving for all clients’ products
Inventory Control:
Actively manage all store inventory levels, and stay in communication with the Customer Account team for re-order items, sale items, and inventory discrepancies
Special Shipments:
Manage the process of clients’ special shipments to trade shows/retail partners or any bulk shipments Reporting on all these areas to the management and client teams Warehouse Management E-commerce maintenance – assisting in mapping shipping methods for orders and product kits, including automation rules for picking sequences/locations in the warehouse. Manage the client’s customer service needs( refunds, responses, exchanges). What You’ll Need to be Good at: Maintain a detail-oriented focus Have experience with WMS and multiple e-commerce storefronts Be task-oriented and highly organized Have a personal drive to go the extra mile Manage stress with ease… and a smile! Have a passion for eCommerce, apparel, and merch What we require: Be a Mac/Apple user Have seasoned experience with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel) and eCommerce platforms like Shopify Be a multi-tasking extraordinaire Have excellent email communication skills; email composition, grammar, and a super positive attitude Have a fun personality and a willingness to work hard with a fun, growing team Be self-motivated Have extremely competent general computer skills What we
