Guest Experience Managers prioritize the guest at every encounter and empower team members to create memorable experiences that increase guest and brand loyalty. This includes building on company programs and team member development to achieve sales, service and operational performance goals. Reporting to the Store Owner, this is a leadership role that balances sales growth with a positive workplace culture and big-hearted charity partnerships. This position oversees the Wine & Beer Lead, Spirits Lead and Merchandise Lead. Who is The Good Pour? The Good Pour is a wine and spirits marketplace that infuses retail with philanthropy. Who you are 21 years of age or older Associate degree (AA/AS) or higher 5+ years of experience in retail sales or hospitality Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends Knowledge of wine, beer and spirits Excellent customer service skills On top of industry trends A rising leader who works independently and fosters growth among the team What you’ll do Greet guests and provide them with knowledgeable recommendations Develop, maintain and disseminate product, promotion and general company knowledge Efficiently operate a point-of-sale terminal Resolve guest feedback and concerns to make it “right” Foster an inclusive, kindhearted culture that is welcoming and respectful for all team members and guests Move dynamically on the floor to assess and fill the needs of the business, team and guests Participate in product knowledge training and implement shared learning with team members in support of continued learning and development Provide team members with recognition, encouragement and empowerment to support and reinforce career and personal growth Ownership of overall store appearance in accordance with marketing and merchandising guidelines Provide team updates and feedback to owner Physical requirements • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Ability to climb, bend and reach Ability to stand for long periods of time Ready to join our responsible retail movement?
