Position Overview:

The Manager will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily business activities. This includes overseeing staff, managing office functions, supporting sales efforts, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and an effective leader with a passion for service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Staff Management Interview, hire, and train new cleaning staff. Supervise, coach, and motivate team members to perform at their best. Act as the main communication link between cleaners, office staff, and clients. Conduct quality checks to ensure high standards and provide employee feedback Office Operations Manage daily scheduling and coordination of cleaning jobs. Support sales efforts and follow up as directed. Lead problem-solving efforts during day-to-day operations to ensure service continuity. Manage inventory and supply preparation, ensuring staff are equipped for the day. Respond promptly to customer rescheduling requests and service-related inquiries.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a service-based industry. Strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering top-notch service. Proficient in basic computer applications and scheduling software. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and handle day-to-day challenges with confidence. Why Join Us?
