Role:

The Talent & Client Success Manager plays a critical role in the success of our staffing operations; leading recruitment efforts while serving as a key relationship manager for our hospitality clients. This position is responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing top talent, while also ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for our clients throughout the staffing lifecycle. By serving as a point of contact, this role ensures that client expectations are met or exceeded, while also maintaining strong communication with field talent to support engagement and retention. The Talent & Client Success Manager will proactively align recruiting strategies with client needs, monitor performance outcomes, and act as a trusted partner in delivering exceptional workforce solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business or related experience and/or training; or equivalent

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract high quality candidates from diverse talent pools. Proactively source, screen, and pipeline candidates for a variety of hospitality roles across client accounts. Regularly visit client sites to build relationships, evaluate service performance, and align recruitment strategies with real time operational needs. Lead recruitment strategy meetings with the account managers and potentially clients to ensure proactive alignment with upcoming staffing requests. Partner with marketing and communications to craft and execute employer branding campaigns. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms to streamline the hiring process and maintain candidate data. Follow the standardized interview processes and training to ensure consistency and compliance. Track and report talent acquisition metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates. Conduct regular employee check-ins to foster engagement, resolve concerns, and promote retention. Analyze client feedback and industry trends to inform operational and service delivery improvements. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between talent practices and business goals. Maintain consistent communication with both clients and associates to support ongoing satisfaction and performance. Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Monitor performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of engagement and retention strategies.
