SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES I.

Provide Great Service Provide quality assurance support to Branch, Region, and Division Management, ensuring achievement of production standards and quality service is delivered Support compliance with service protocols and M&S programs Satisfy every customer, internal and external III. Train and Develop People The primary focus is training & development of Service Management and Technicians (1). Organization of routes (2). Assignment of work (3). Verifying the completion of daily route assignments, Quality & Quantity Train Service Managers to effectively execute daily service-related training meetings Train Service Managers in the training of technicians in providing quality pest and lawn service applications Train Service Managers and assist with the recruitment of high-quality technicians
JOB FUNCTIONS & DUTIES I.
Project a Quality Image Maintain a great personal image. Monitor employee appearance and compliance with the company dress code policy Evaluate that branches, vehicles, and equipment are at or above company image standards. Maintain a positive attitude and behavior to promote a positive work environment. II. Provide Great Service Ensure all work is organized, scheduled, and assigned per production standards. Work with Branch Managers and Service Managers to ensure that services assigned meet the specifications outlined in each customer’s service agreement. Verify the quantity and quality of work completed. (1). During service audits, perform technician and Service Manager daily check-in sessions. Verify that the work performed meets the requirements of our service protocols and that all assigned work is completed or rescheduled as needed. (2). Perform in-field quality assurance visits and inspections on selected properties. Ensure resolution of customer service complaints per company policy. (1). Review callbacks and follow up on past due or outside compliance complaints. (2). Follow up on escalated complaints, ensure proper resolution, and confirm customer satisfaction with the solution. Ensure M&S policy and procedure compliance Conduct branch M&S audits verify proper M&S inventory levels as assigned by the Regional Operations manager and applicable Executives. Foster a positive rapport and relationship with internal and external customers, training partners, and vendors. III. Train and Develop People Attend all required training and technical meetings. Teach technicians/service managers and hold them accountable to our Company policies and philosophies, daily standards, and service protocols. Assist with the execution of corporate training sessions, meetings, and programs. Ensure Service Managers and Technicians attend required training meetings. Provide periodic training to keep all employees updated on new techniques, materials, and procedures to assure effective and efficient service. Provide in-field service and technical training for Service Managers and Technicians. Assist Service Managers in executing a program to monitor branch performance through periodic Service Audits.
Audits will verify the following:
o The efficiency of Technicians o Effectiveness of service o The efficiency of Service Managers o Effectiveness of Service Managers o Condition of facilities and vehicles Assist the Regional Operations Manager in evaluating new products and services at the field level. Teach and ensure Team Members adhere to all local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Assist Branches with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and developing employees.
IV. VEHICLE MAINTENANCE & MANAGEMENT
Assist the Division/Regional Manager in ensuring that all service vehicles are inspected and meet Company Standards for safety and image. Conduct “in-field” inspections of Company vehicles to assure compliance with proper vehicle maintenance, safety standards, decals according to fleet policies, and visible licensing according to local/state regulations. Monitor and safeguard all Company equipment, property, and facilities. V. Grow Your Business Support Company policies by ensuring the contact of ALL cancellations the same day they are received. Make every attempt to resolve all customer concerns. Provide written feedback on Region and Branch performance from monthly cancelation, route performance, activity, and extra service reports. Participate in public relations and promotional efforts as required. Required Experience, Education, and Skills High School degree or equivalent experience Can obtain the required driver’s license and maintain a company-approved driving record. Problem-solving and diagnostic skills Completion of company-provided supervisory training Proven ability to lead, direct and motivate personnel as needed Time management and organizational skills Written and oral communication skills Basic arithmetic skills Prior supervisory experience preferred Typical Physical and Mental Demands Constant (67%-100% of the time) walking, crawling, bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, reaching, stooping, and stretching. Occasional (0-30% of the time) lifting (up to 50lbs) while performing duties, The ability to move freely about the office building and between customer locations Corrected vision and hearing within normal range The ability and stamina to work long hours exposed to extreme temperatures Typical Working Conditions This job requires constant contact with the public and other Employees. Typically work is performed outdoors and in/on customer property. They may be exposed to rain, hail, wind, dust, dirt, cement, grass, shrubs, and trees. Exposure to industry products during the ordinary course of conducting business is possible. Special Equipment The ideal candidate must be able to operate and troubleshoot pest, lawn, and tree/shrub equipment, including but not limited to backpack applicators, drills, shovels, carpenter’s tools, power tools, truck equipment, and other typical industry equipment.
