AT&T Account Agent Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers directly to discuss AT&T products and services that best suit their needs Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions that enhance their connectivity Process new accounts, upgrades, and changes efficiently and accurately Provide detailed information on pricing, plans, and promotions Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues with professionalism and care Maintain and manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets Stay updated on AT&T’s latest products, services, and industry trends Qualifications for our
AT&T Account Agent:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor’s degree is desirable 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or account management (experience in telecommunications is a plus) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic
