Schedule:

M-F 8-5 As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) for our US business, you’ll be strategic partner, playing a pivotal role in ensuring our customers’ success. You’ll guide them through a seamless onboarding process, optimize their platform setup, and empower them to leverage full potential, leading to thriving dental practices and long-term partnerships. What You’ll Do ?

Onboarding & Training:

Orchestrate a seamless onboarding experience for new customers, laying a strong foundation for their success. Conduct comprehensive product training for key personnel at customer practices. ?

Practice Operations Optimization:

Drive adoption of recommended standard operating procedures and best practice workflows. ?

Customer Health & Advocacy:

Proactively monitor customer health through product feedback, support interactions, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Champion an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint. ?

Collaboration & Support:

Partner with global technical support teams (Levels 1, 2, and 3) to ensure efficient customer support. Collaborate with external vendors and partners for swift issue resolution. ?

Product Improvement:

Work closely with the Product Engineering team to advocate for and implement key product changes. What You’ll Bring ?

Experience:

5+ years of experience in the US dental industry, with 2+ years of experience managing a dental practice end-to-end (Office Manager role or similar). ?

Software Expertise:

Expertise in at least one dental practice management software. ?

Dental Industry Knowledge:

Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Management, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for dental practices, and all job functions and workflows within a dental practice. ?

Skills:
