Later named the Lourdes-Noreen McKeen Residence, the facility was the first of its kind in the area to provide nursing, long-term and seasonal housing for the elderly, all with the signature type of care that distinguished the order’s approach from others. We are looking for an Admissions Move-In Coordinator for our Independent/Assisted Living Unit . $18 to $21 per hour based on skills and experience.
Move-In Coordinator Qualifications:
High School graduate or equivalent. Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. At least 2 years’ experience in hospitality or similar industry where strong customer service skills are required.
Move-In Coordinator Job Summary:
Manage the move-in process for new residents as well as residents transferring within the community. Manage resident and family communication and coordination of arrival/removal of furniture and personal items. Assist the Sales and Marketing Manager in giving tours, cultivating leads, and taking deposits.
Assist with sales and marketing:
manage the inquiry process, connecting the caller or visitor to the appropriate team. member, respond to inquires or tours when appropriate team members are not available, facilitate tours as needed. Assist in promoting and encourage residents to participate in facility sponsored activities. Provide clerical and administrative support to the team, as needed.
